Kevin hi my name is dee i just want to say i think you are so fine i love watching you on the show, with that sexy smile. it wouldnt hurt to me you hell even go on a date. no i am not a stalker regular working woman and if i remember your not married. i am from philly so email me if you would i would even appreciate that. you email me o.k not your spokesperson. take care and keep smilin. from chocgirl thats riiiight. smile

KEVIN: I dont have a spokesperson..maybe I should get one cause no one believes I answer these myself anyway. No I am not married and I thank you for your interest and wonerful things you say about me. How is life in Philly these days. I visit my folks throughout the year. Tell me more.

hat age range do you prefer

Kevin, I wish you would post more pics of your trip to So. Africa-it looks like it was an interesting adventure. Are you sure that mountain lion that was on the show last week wasn't a souvenier you brought back ;-) j/k This is hypocritical considering what I say later in this post but...I'm curious to know, what age range do you prefer the women you date to be. Are you more of a soda or a vintage wine kind of guy )i.e do you prefer your women young and bubbly or well aged? How young are you willing to date? I find it hilarious how like most celebreties, people focus more on the personal aspects of your life, like your single status, and the fact that your childless at 44 , when your musical talents alone should spark enough interest that all questions directed to you would only be related to music. However, you do seem to have a certain mysterious aoura about you which does make one want to dig deeper to get to the surface of the incredible mystery that is kevin eubanks :-) Providing us with your zodiac sign might help...you seem like a virgo very quiet, yet a deep thinker-or maybe scorpio-sexy, quiet and mysterious..hmmm

KEVIN: You're right about the Scorpio thing, now the women side, I like women of all ages and sizes. I find that there's always something to learn and appreciate from women. The one thing that I would like is someone who is not afraid to enjoy themselves when they are with someone they can trust.

Zepplin and Hendrix

Hey, thanks for the heads up on which artists to try to listen and play with music; but don't worry, I just bought several guitar songbooks so I will still read music.:) Oh, so could you name some songs of Zepplin and Hendrix so I can burn a CD?(I hope i don't offend anyone about stealing music or something) OK, that's it, thanks. The Leprechaun

KEVIN: Start with Zepplin's firt and second records. Oldies but very goodies. For Jimi try, 'Are You experienced'

MESA BOOGIE AMP

KEVIN, HOPE YOU ARE WELL. I'M A NEW OWNER OF A MESA BOOGIE AMP. WHAT'S YOUR OPINION OF THIS BRAND? I WILL BE MATCHING IT WITH A 50ISH TELE AS WELL AS A PRS CE22. THANKS, TERRY IN TOLEDO,OH

KEVIN: I really like Boogie stuff. It can be a wee bit noisy but they have all the balls you'll ever need. Have fun.

your wife

Dear Kevin, I would love to be your wife. I'm glad to read that you are open and respective to finding and meeting your true soul mate one day. Every time, I watch you and Jay joke about your love life or should I say lack of love life on the show i get tickled. I am also a vegetarian and i am a very srong christian. (But i also like to smoke pot, like you do...shh.) Anyway, from time to time I have thought of searching for the tonight show web address to send you a message, like this one. Tonight I decided to search for your site, and was pleasantly pleased to discover your site and this message board. Sorry, I'm not writing about your great talent or how well you and jay blend together on the show. But I wanted to send a personal note to you. Darlene

KEVIN: Darlene, thank you so much for for such a wonderful letter. Im falttered for sure. My wife, really? Have you been married before? (vegetarian huh?)

"Thumper"

Iridium in New York. I suggested the Catalina Jazztrax show to you because its close to you. If you can't make it, check out his schedule on his website and catch one of his gigs. The website is good but doesn't compare to his solo concert. He and his brother, Phil, played a song written by John Jorgenson(of Elton John)at the closing ceremonies at the Olympics in Austrailia. Our networks aired a Budweiser commercial instead. Go figure? Don't interpet him as a "picker", He plays it all. Anyways Kevin, sorry about the long post, but as a talented guitarist yourself, I do believe you'd be as impressed as I. I also believe he'd be a wonderful guest for Jay on the Tonight show. If you see him, you might become what David Keith says happens. "You become a "Thumper". A "Thumper" is a guitarist who when he finds he can't play along with someone, turns his guitar over and thumps on the back. let me know what you think. Very best, Bill

KEVIN: Sound like a must see and hear situation, thanks for the heads up.

Leprechaun in Cali

Hey Kevin...I'm the kid that wanted the tab for that Aerosmith- "Walk this Way" Song.I just wanted to thank you a lot, by telling me to try to learn it by ear, it worked! Well, I have the main riff that repeats through the whole song down. Now I think i will try this with a lot of songs, Thanks a whole lot. That Leprechaun in Cali again.

KEVIN: Good for you. Thats one of the very best things in the world to do for a guitar player. Try learning some old Zepplin , and Jimi, tunes. They lay great on guitar. Dont get me wrong you should learn to read too.

"Music Talk" Page

Hey, Kevin, i have one more question of the day. I put one of my questions on the "Music Talk" Page, it came up on the "Personals" though. When does the "Music Talk" officially open? Yes, a real leprechaun from California..lol

KEVIN: Good question, whenever Big Ben gets around to it I guess. He's the guy that rights the code for the site. I think he's swamped with work at the moment so pleas be patient. It wont be long, I hope.

pickup configuration

I just have a quick question. On your Scepter guitar, what is the pickup configuration? What are those 2 in the neck and middle positions?

KEVIN: Those are Bartolini pick ups up top and a P90 by the bridge.

guitar chords

Well, I saw that nothing was on this page, so I guess I'll ask a question. uhhhhhh, about how many guitar chords do you know?

KEVIN: Its not really about chords, its about voicings. Its really endless if you use your ear and if you are just playing chords, a whole lot.
